Q: How much do I pay
for shipping?
A: Domestic shipping
via First Class mail is $3.30 within the US. Other shipping
options are available such as Priority and Express shipping and
charges vary from $6.60-$16.60. International shipments start at
$3.80. We can ship your item anywhere in the world.
Shipping charges are calculated accordingly during checkout.
Don't forget that all orders over $50 get free First Class
shipping with discounts offered for Priority and Express shipping
options.
Q: What forms of
payment does Jeyla accept?
A: Jeyla accepts all major credit cards as well
as Paypal. If you do not feel safe making online purchases, we
also provide the option of paying by check or money order as well
as being able to take orders over the phone.

secure ?
A: Absolutely. Jeyla does not share any of its
customers information with anyone. Our site is encrypted at the
highest security level to ensure your credit information's
safety. Your personal information is not shared with any outside
party and is for Jeyla's records only.
Q: Can I order a custom size or color ?
A: Your wish is our command !! Let us know the
item you are interested in and the size and color you would like.
We will get back to you with a price and lead time immediately.
All custom orders must be paid in full and will have a lead time
of 2-4 weeks depending on the item. Jeyla can make its items in
any size and we have a wide range of bead colors available.

out more about your promotions and new items ?
A: Jeyla has a newsletter that is sent out as we
have new items added to our site as well as our unique
promotions. We also send out discount coupons several times
a year to make show our appreciation for your repeat business.

international shipments ?
A: Yes, we sure do. We can ship your item
